Managed Service

A changing environment for learning and development

Whether it’s a training booking service your organisation requires or a fully integrated managed service, TT&C meets both requirements. As organisations are deciding to focus their efforts on their core products or services, training services are more commonly outsourced. Our mission at TT&C is to support the achievement of organisational objectives by providing a fully integrated managed service. TT&C works in partnership with both the public and private sector to supply a blended learning and managed service at both an operational and strategic level.

Deciding on the type of Managed Service you require

Many organisations choose to outsource all sections of the training cycle, our managed service model allows our customers to choose which activity they wish to outsource. Thales provides full account management and administration services to our Managed Service customers, either on the customers site or remotely. We aim to work with the HR/Learning & Development function to establish the level of service they wish to procure. No element of the cycle is too small to outsource, whether you require a fully managed service or just training administration, Thales aims to offer both time and cost savings.

Supplier Management

One of the key features of our Training Managed Service (TMS) is the benefit of supplier management. No one training supplier can deliver all of your course requirements. Instead, TT&C has a dedicated TMS internal team who build partnerships and work with all the leading training suppliers and associates in the UK to provide a supplier management service using TT&C as the master training supplier.

TT&C will provide increased quality control and consistency from suppliers to our clients through a single point of contact and manage the relationship of all suppliers on their behalf, enabling clients to benefit from a central training procurement service whilst being able to utilise our established range of training suppliers.

Through our supplier management TT&C is able to guarantee significant financial savings, working within our clients budget guidelines. Savings are achieved with economies of scale through the Thales Group purchasing power of our 8000 employees within the UK and £4m TMS for the various divisions of Thales. We will also reduce our clients time spent liaising with multiple suppliers and the administration related to sourcing courses and liaising with new and existing suppliers.

TT&C also provides a free course search database for clients to view courses, dates, locations and pricing.

Some of our leading training suppliers are:

  • BPP
  • Steria
  • Global Knowledge
  • QA-IQ
  • Hemsley Fraser
