The MBTi instrument is an exceptionally versatile tool that provides individuals and teams with a powerful understanding of their own and others personality styles. By understanding the differences between personality types, groups and individuals are able to work more effectively, improving communication and reducing conflict.

Mayor-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test

This is an ability based test designed to measure the 4 branches of the Emotional Intelligence model of Mayor and Salovey. The MSCEIT is the only published ability measure of Emotional Intelligence skills and is widely used in corporate coaching settings. It is the leading scientifically validated measurement tool.

Insights Discovery

This is a preference-based system with its foundations in the work of Carl Jung. Using colours is a common language for self-understanding, effective interaction and organisational growth. Each of us uses these colour energies to varying degrees, though it is our unique ordering of the energies that will shape our personal style, and it will be our preference for one colour energy that will indicate our dominant preferred style of thinking working and communicating
