Developing a Successful Business Strategy Course
This three-part business strategy training course is designed to support those responsible for providing strategic leadership to their organisation or part of an organisation. The programme will support you in creating a compelling vision, developing a strategy to achieve that vision and identify how best to implement the strategy.
The business strategy training programme typically runs over a 5-7 week period, with pre-work, assignments in between sessions and a range of supporting materials. Delegates typically appreciate the opportunity to share the experience with, get feedback and pick up ideas from a group of peers, often from a range of different types of organisations. The programme is delivered as group coaching, using real business issues and developing real business plans throughout.

This Strategic Thinking training course has been specifically designed for managers and/or leaders who wish to develop their strategic thinking skills and move their part of the organisation forward in a coherent way.
This Strategic Thinking training course will help participants identify which activities are tactical, operational or strategic.
