| The Senior Management Development
Programme is a series of three courses, developed
to reflect the needs of managers who work at a strategic
level within their organisation.
The programme is spread across a five-week period
to allow for reflection, research and application
in the workplace. Alternatively, you can select
to attend a single course.
The programme combines a supportive, structured
learning environment with group interaction, project
development, sharing of knowledge and personal
tutor guidance.
