How to find us

All our public courses are held at our dedicated training centre in Crawley. Click the relevant venue for full travel and transport links.

What training equipment will I learn on?

Our specially designed IT training rooms hold permanent PCs with flat screen monitors and run a wide variety of software applications.

Our Management & People Development training facilities also include a full suite of the latest training aids that make learning fun (such as Lego and rubber chickens!) plus the latest equipment including interactive Smart Boards.

Do you provide lunch?

Yes, as part of your time with us yoyu enjoy delicious hot and cold food and refreshments daily from our restaurant. There is seating for over 80 people with additional chill-out areas where you enjoy your breaks chatting with your peers, reading the daily papers or catching up on the TV news.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

If you do have special dietary requirements please let us know when you book or call us as soon as you can on 0800 028 3045 or email sarah.harvey@thalesgroup.com and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Free shuttle service

Did you know we provide a free pick up and drop off service at Three Bridges train station to our Crawley training centre. If you would like to be picked up on the morning of your course, call us on 0800 028 3045 a few days before your course starts.

Courses run by our partner training providers are held at major venues throughout the UK. You will be given full details about the location when you make your booking.

Can I speak to someone about training?

Is there parking?

Yes, there is FREE parking for delegates at our training centre in Crawley.

Other venues

You will receive specific details about parking at these venues at time of booking and with your joining instructions.

What is the dress code?

Most of our delegates wear smart casual clothing but there is no specific dress code. It is more important to us that you feel relaxed and ready to learn, so wear clothes that are comfortable for you.

When does my course start and end?

Ideally you should arrive at our training centres between 9.00-9.15am. That gives you time to register and meet your trainer and other delegates over tea and coffee.

All our public courses normally start at 9.15am and end at 5.00pm

Please check your joining instructions for your specific course timings, which we will email to you once you have made the booking.

How many people will there be on my course?

We strictly limit delegate numbers to ensure you benefit from plenty of individual attention from the trainer. Our Management and People Development courses are restricted to a maximum of 14 delegates. Our IT courses are restricted to just 8 delegates.

What reference material do I get?

As part of your training you will be provided with a participant manual for you to use during your training. You can then take it away with you to use as a practical reference tool back at the office.

I need help with an IT application

When you attend one of our IT application courses you are automatically entitled to three months post course support free. So if you get stuck doing a task that relates to a course you have attended feel free to call us on 0800 028 3045 and ask to speak to your trainer who will help you with any problem by phone.
