This skills learnt on the course will be used at many points in my current job. It will give me an opportunity to enhance and fine-tune scripts used in my workplace. For the past two years Thales Training & Consultancy have provided training in two areas for us, and these are Presentation Skills and Selection Interviewing The consultant and the training and development unit closely monitored the first couple of courses to check that the delegates were receiving a good balance of information and skills training and the training programme was amended accordingly.
