Trainer is very friendly and has very in depth knowledge of planning tools. P6 is a very powerful tool to be able to manage any critical project in any industry.

My objective was to understand how to create flowcharts and it met all my expectations for the level I require. The trainer covered the topics extremely well and was very helpful in providing additional support during the exercises.

I have achieved my objectives as I know that I can now present data more effectively and be able to use charts for reports. Trainer was very helpful, nice and cheerful. Very willing to answer questions, great atmosphere created. Course administration very efficient and helpful.

The course objective was to help me learn more on Excel which I have learnt. The trainer was very easy to follow and friendly. The book is easy to follow and the learning environment clean and tidy.

I will be more confident starting spreadsheets from scratch. The course has helped me get a better understanding which I can use on a daily basis.

Learnt how to automate worksheets and record macros for manual work. Trainer really took her time to explain any woolly stuff to us.

The whole course gave a taste of what’s available. Personal objective was to get a more in depth appreciation of Excel, which I have done, so far I have self taught, so the course was helpful. Trainer was very knowledgeable.

All of the course was useful, especially the introduction of shortcuts and bullet styles. Course objectives were met and exceeded. There were a number of issues I wanted to address and again these were easily explained and understood. The trainer was very personable, knowledgeable and presented in a way that made learning easy and enjoyable.

Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Rollout Windows and Microsoft Office 2007 Case Study
The overall training was professionally delivered and of high quality. The feedback has indicated this has greatly assisted with our transition to Windows 7 and Office 2007 and has now resulted in far fewer calls being logged for the ‘How to’ type questions. The training was very targeted to give a general overview of the products, this had to be carefully balanced as to not be too in depth for the less experience but not too basic for the more advanced user. I feel this was achieved by Thales who struck the right balance.

The Thales Training & Consultancy course covers a complex application very clearly, expertly delivered.
