Senior IT Trainer
Main Roles and Responsibilities To deliver selected IT Applications Courses on the Open/Public Programme to the satisfaction of customers To design and deliver tailored/bespoke Training Courses which meet the training needs identified with the customers, this would include writing comprehensive course manuals and exercises for delegates To learn customer bespoke systems and design and deliver training on them To deliver training at customer sites across the UK To continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest versions of packages and new products ready to deliver training in the products
Qualifications
- Ideally educated to A level standard or equivalent
Experience
At least 3 years experience as a trainer Experience training a range of Microsoft products Experience training Project Management software would be desirable Course design experience, including writing course manuals and delegate exercises
Skills
Facilitation Skills Excellent communicator Teamworking skills to work with other trainers and administrators
