Are you Engaging your Employees?

Current, leading-edge Leadership and HR strategies include a focus on generating the engagement of the organisation's employees. Engagement leads to improved performance and retention of key talent. The Private and Public Sectors are turning their attention to this strategic aim and are taking a range of approaches to achieve it. For example, employee surveys aim to measure engagement and then actions plans put in place in order to increase engagement scores the following year.

Learning and development has an important role to play. The actions, decisions and behaviours of managers greatly influence employee engagement. At Thales Training & Consultancy, we recognise the importance of full engagement with employees therefore this autumn we have launched Leading Employee Engagement.

Designed for managers and leaders in any function/department, Leading Employee Engagement, identifies the key components of engagement and explores in more depth the areas of working with vision, leadership style, leading through change and employee motivation.
