Did you see us at HRD?

Last year, for the third year running, we exhibited at HRD – one of the UK’s leading learning and development events.  This provided a great opportunity for learning and development professionals to pick up plenty of practical ideas and insights and to hear about and debate hot topics, and for existing and potential customers to meet the TTC team and discuss their current l&d issues.

 

 

Rachel Kay, Business Development Manager at Thales Training & Consultancy, commented on our presence at the exhibition  “It was a great opportunity not only for us to catch up with all that’s current in the learning and development world - but also for us to meet so many of our existing and potential customers and to talk to them about their needs and issues to make sure that our ethos and thinking is up-to-date with industry thinking and trends.  We had a number of very interesting one-to-one discussions on the stand which backed up the CIPD’s most recent learning and development survey which indicated that the top 3 skills required to meet business objectives in 2 years time were Management/Leadership skills, Communication/interpersonal skills and Customer service skills.”

 

 

Another popular subject for discussion on the stand was our capability to deliver an outsourced managed service solution for training/development provision, following the recent managed service contract we were awarded with Symbian OS.
