| "Thales Training and Consultancy (TT&C) is one of very few companies that we trust to take on such an important part of the business and this is testament to how well TT&C has worked alongside the business in the last 10 years, consistently meeting our needs." |

| "When I joined Norland Managed Services, my first reaction was that it seemed odd that something as "personal" as induction was outsourced. However, Thales have consistently proved themselves to be totally at one with our aims and culture. The facilitator brings drive and energy to the event itself and ensures that our employees have a positive welcome to our organisation." |

Customer Comments |
| "For the past two years Thales Training & Consultancy have provided training in two areas for us, and these are Presentation Skills and Selection Interviewing Skills. The courses are run regularly and the feedback we receive from the delegates attending the training is very good with delegates stating that by the end of the training they have grown in confidence.
Although both courses cover skills used in both public and private sectors, Thales were keen to be familiar with and understand policy and procedures of the MPS that would have an impact on the training delivered. This was particularly appropriate for Selection Interviewing Skills.
The consultant and the training and development unit closely monitored the first couple of courses to check that the delegates were receiving a good balance of information and skills training and the training programme was amended accordingly." |

| "I was very impressed with the trainer - great empathy and I wasn't left feeling "lost". I don't think the course could be improved at all." |

| "Trainer was excellent. The fact that he seemed to have been where we are in the past meant he empathised and the course was constructed well as a result." |

| "As a result of the course I will completely turn around the way I train and have more involvement from the learner. I found the course excellent - it has given me plenty of ideas and inspired me to change our training methods." |
