1. Classroom – this allows you to manage your own training catalogue, instructors, events and delegate communications and take orders and bookings from a easy to use professional interface
2. E-Learning – this allows you to deliver on demand e-learning supply to your employees whilst integrating with our classroom system
3. ES TV – this allows the training team to offer approved training video content at the click of a button
4. Assessments – this tool allows you create on-line tests/assessments, generally taking around 15 minutes per module to assess if your employees are still compliant in key competencies whilst updating employee records automatically
5. Compliance Manager – this tool allows you to manage qualifications when they are statutory and mandatory.  The compliance Manager allows you to define certificates, what they are, how to acquire them and how long they last.
6. Learning Networks – this tool allows you to bring together suppliers in a single easy to use web-interface.  Training suppliers access the learning network where they upload courses, dates, prices and locations allowing you immediate access to suppliers catalogues and discount structures
