Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of all L&D interventions, including classroom led, e - learning and other learner focused events
- Lead key Thales Training & Consultancy projects
- Design learner focused programmes, courses, events
- Deliver a minimum 95 days per annum of management training interventions
- Work in conjunction with the business development team to attend customer visits and deliver pragmatic solutions to meet customer needs
- Propose creative and viable L&D solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and network at appropriate level
- Maximise opportunities to generate additional income
