We
are very pleased to announce that Thales Training
& Consultancy has passed their reassessment
for the prestigious Investor in People National
Standard.
In order to achieve recognition as an Investor
in People, Thales Training & Consultancy had
to demonstrate to an external assessor that we:
- are fully committed to developing our people
in order to achieve our aims and objectives
- are clear about our aims and objectives and
what people need to do to achieve them
- develop our people effectively in order to
improve performance
- understand the impact of investment in people
on our performance
While many organisations do some of these things
for all their employees, and others do all of
them for some employees, relatively few are able
to satisfy the IiP assessors that they do all
of them for everyone. For this reason, we were
particularly pleased to pass the reassessment
with flying colours. Feedback from the assessor
