ILM Approved Courses - Management Development Award

Thales offers a flexible modular Management Development Programme to suit individual development requirements, approved by the ILM.

The award commences with our 3-day Principles of Management course. You must then select a further four days of training from a wide range of courses listed below.

Time Management	1 day

All courses must be completed within one year and booked in advance.

Successful completion of the programme leads to associate membership of the ILM (AMInstLM).
