The ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management provides aspiring and current team leaders/managers with a recognised qualification that focuses on key skills required to be a successful manager. The programme is highly practical and introduces you to highly effective management tools and techniques.

Each participant will prepare a continuous development plan working with the trainer to identify how it to apply it in the workplace.

Suitable For

Awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Level Three Award in First Line Management provides current and aspiring team leaders, supervisors and first line managers with a recognised qualification that focuses on key skills required to be a successful manager.

The course is a highly practical and tailored programme that introduces tools and techniques for managers.

In order to achieve the qualification, in addition to the guided learning hours, there will be assessments for each unit and a final written assignment (1000 - 2000 words) completed after the course.

On successful completion of the course, the assessments and the written assignment, individuals will be awarded the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management.

Participants who complete the programme will also automatically become a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and enjoy the benefits that membership provides.
