This one day, hands-on workshop provides delegates with a thorough introduction to the features and capabilities of Microsoft’s latest Operating System.  The course is intended for the IT-professional who may have to support the desktop use of Windows Vista™ or may be investigating its possible deployment. It will also be useful to decision-makers who need to know the implications of upgrading to Vista™.

This course can be followed by the 3-day Windows Vista™ Deployment and Administration Workshop which investigates advanced deployment methods and administration of Windows Vista™.

Throughout the course, delegates will gain extensive hands-on experience through the completion of practical exercises under the guidance of the course training consultant.

Delegates should be familiar with previous Windows Operating Systems.
