• Identify the factors that will influencetheir choice of leadership styles orbehaviours in workplace situations
• Explain why these leadership stylesor behaviours are likely to have a ppositive effect on individual and group behaviour
• Assess their own leadership behaviours and potential in the context of a particular leadership model and the organisation’s own working practices and culture, using feedback from others
• Describe appropriate actions to enhance their own leadership behaviour in the context of the particular leadership model
