Suitable for:

Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot problems while running Windows XP Professional in an Active Directory Environment or Windows XP Home edition in a workgroup environment.

Although no pre-course knowledge is assumed some familiarity with personal computers and operating systems would be useful.

This course will assist the delegate in preparing for the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) examination 70-271.
