Suitable For

This course is suitable for software and hardware engineers, project managers, quality engineers and others concerned with the achievement of quality.  A general knowledge of hardware or software engineering is required.

This course presents a rigorous approach to document reviews, based on techniques advocated by Michael Fagan.  These techniques offer the prospect of substantial and very importantly, measurable improvements in quality.

Furthermore, the inspection process itself is measurable and therefore more effectively managed than purely qualitative methods of review.  A powerful feature of the technique is that it has wide application, including hardware and software engineering, project planning and proposal writing.
