This course is designed for newly appointed or current line managers/supervisors who have had no formal training for managing people. It provides an overview of the necessary elements to become a successful manager.

This course can be used as the basis for identifying individual management development plans for the future. Subjects are introduced and detailed action plans are developed and discussed as part of the training programme.
