Suitable For:

This workshop is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and tools of implementing and managing non-complex projects. It is designed for junior, middle management and team leaders who have to implement  projects and do not have the need for sophisticated project management methodologies. Typically the participants will have little previous knowledge of project management principles. The workshop is also designed for those who wish to apply a project based approach to completing multiple tasks within a busy time restrained schedule. The workshop is very “hands on” so participants will get to try out all the tools and processes.
