Suitable For: This course meets the statutory requirement of the Health & Safety regulations and is ideal for you if you are a currently qualified First Aider and are required to re-qualify. The course provides a comprehensive recap of Health & Safety and the examination itself. Aims and Objectives The aims and objectives of the First Aid at Work Re-Certification course is to enable people designated as the First Aider to work to continue to carry out appropriate first aid in an emergency situation. Following the course participants will be able to manage a casualty who is injured at work, of suffers from a serious illness, until the emergency services arrive. A copy of a valid, in-date First Aid at Work Certificate for each attendee is required prior to the training. - All participants are required to undertake an assessment on the final day of the course; both practical and theoretical aspects will be assessed
- All successful participants will be awarded a certificate which is valid for three years
