The Experienced Manager programme is a blended learning programme that uses all the strengths of traditional classroom based learning alongside the flexibility and variety of the other learning methods we have blended into the programme.
The programme is aimed at experienced middle managers with more than 2 years experience of managing people. The programme explores the role of management in the organisation to help equip participants with the necessary tools, skills and knowledge to succeed in their role. Experienced Manager covers the roles and responsibilities of managers at different levels, the relationships within the organisation, the differences between management and leadership and the behavioural skills needed as a leader and manager in a modern organisation. Participants will also have the option to complete
an assessment in order to gain an ILM L5 Award in management and 6 months membership with ILM providing access to a wide range of expert management tools and resources.
