Our Assertiveness for Influencing and Managing Conflict course aims to build the confidence of the individual in dealing with a spectrum of challenging work situations, such as meetings, delegation and discipline. Assertive behaviour will be defined, developed and practised to demonstrate how to remain in control whilst portraying a professional image.
This course is designed for current or potential managers/supervisors/team leaders who would benefit from further developing assertiveness skills to raise their influential profile and bring about results in a smooth and professional manner.
