This unique course combines management theory and Microsoft IT applications to offer delegates an all-round package for improving organisation skills. This course will appeal to those who need to do much planning and scheduling in their roles, from support staff and administrators to secretaries and personal assistants.

The course aims to enable participants to maximise their effectiveness and efficiency through their use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. In addition the course examines the personal skills needed to truly be well organised.

What will I get out of it?

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • List at least 3 behavioural changes that will be necessary for becoming more organised
  • Describe 2 personal skills they will use in order to stay well organised
  • Plan and schedule short and long-term tasks using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Increase productivity through effective organisation of emails
  • List 3 ways of improving their "house keeping" of their electronic workspace
