Taking the MSCEIT

The MSCEIT is completed online and can be taken at any time up until two weeks before your scheduled feedback date. You will receive instructions on how to do this following your request for the MSCEIT course.

You can choose to have your feedback session at our centre in Crawley or over the telephone.

What does MSCEIT course cover?

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to problem solve with or about emotions.

The MSCEIT is the Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test. It is the only published ability measure that truly tests your actual level of emotional intelligence.

Ones level of Emotional Intelligence provides us with new information about who we are; how we deal with emotions in our selves and others. Emotions are important in work life. They drive motivation and commitment; they are an inherent part of negotiation, conflict, and change. Individuals who are emotionally intelligent will be more effective in work and life and able to use all their other skills more effectively.

The MSCEIT will highlight strengths and weaknesses in your Emotional Intelligence. Your feedback session will allow you to identify what is important for you and our EI expert will coach you through how you can make changes for improvement.
