This course is designed to equip participants with a greater understanding of the importance and impact of effective communication - verbally, vocally and visually. Participants will become aware of their own communication style and how it affects their interaction with others.
This course will enable participants to recognise behaviours and improve upon their fundamental communication skills to achieve greater success in the workplace.
