It is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and tools of implementing and managing non-complex projects. The workshop is also designed for those who wish to apply a project based approach to completing multiple tasks within a busy time restrained schedule. The workshop is very hands on so participants will get to try out all the tools and processes.
