At Thales, we work in partnership with our customers to develop long-term relationships to gain “preferred supplier” status.

Practical,
Interactive and Fun Training Sessions
All of our courses include
a very high percentage of delegate interaction.
This can vary from discussion and role play through
to hands-on design & build tasks. For IT courses,
each delegate works through a number of practical
activities, learning through trainer demonstration
and replicating the skills & understanding
for each section in a similar exercise on their
own PC.
(Delegates are not pressurised
to become involved with role plays or physical
exercises if they do not wish to.)

The content for our courses
is always based on customer requirements and the
continual feedback from delegates on what they
would like to achieve from the training.
Pre-course questionnaires
are sent with all joining instructions to delegates
attending Information Technology courses, asking
delegates to identify what they would specifically
like to gain from the course and also their current
skill level.
Post-course evaluations allow
delegates to specify whether or not their objectives
and requirements were met and to provide feedback
on their ‘learning experience’ with
Thales Training & Consultancy.

We provide full joining instructions to delegates approximately three weeks before any course, including details of the free pick-up service we provide from Three Bridges station (for our Crawley training centre).

Training
Throughout the UK and Abroad
Our training centres in the
UK are all within 10 minutes of a major motorway
exit and close to railway stations.
We also provide training
at customer premises throughout the UK and abroad,
as far a field as Sydney, Australia.
Post
Course Support Available to all IT Delegates
All delegates who attend
an IT course automatically receive three months
free post-course support.
Our team of IT professionals
can be contacted by delegates with queries from
the course they have attended or with questions
on the same software application. They will aim
to suggest possible solutions within 24 hours.
Comprehensive
Training Materials
All delegates are provided
with comprehensive course materials. IT delegates
can also take any course files that they work
on during the day away on disk.
The course materials include
thorough explanations and examples of topics covered
throughout the course, in addition to many of
the items covered as part of the discussions and
role plays.
For IT courses, our
manuals provide step-by-step guides to all functionality
and sections of the course. They also contain
information on the different versions of the software
so that if your company upgrades its applications,
delegates can quickly identify any changes and
continue to work effectively.
