Watson Wyatt - a leading human capital and financial management consulting firm - approached Thales Training & Consultancy a number of years ago to find out the range and quality of IT Applications courses that we offered.  They needed to find a training provider who could provide a quality service with trainers who had a high level of skill and knowledge to meet the needs of their delegates.  They sent a delegate on one of our courses to assess this and were pleased with the feedback that they got.

From that point on they starting using our scheduled programme of courses running from our Crawley training centre, which was ideally situated for their staff in Reigate and Redhill.  Delegates from their London office then started coming on courses at Crawley, finding our pick up and collection service from Three Bridges station invaluable.

Being a worldwide company, it is important for Watson Wyatt to have flexibility in delivery locations.  As well as delegates travelling to our training centres, we have also been to many Watson Wyatt sites to deliver training using our mobile unit of laptop PCs and so far have trained at their offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol, London, Welwyn Garden City and Leeds.

As well as booking on our scheduled programme of courses we have also been involved in numerous customised projects and rollouts with Watson Wyatt:
· Rollout of Outlook to approximately 1500 users across the UK and Europe
· Rollout of Windows XP across the UK
· Customised programme of Project courses using Watson Wyatt standards and terminology
· Customised programme of PowerPoint courses to implement new standards for one of their practices
· Series of customised Excel courses from Introductory through to VBA in Excel
