Friends Provident contacted Thales Training & Consultancy when they were looking to change supplier for all of their IT Applications training.  They were looking for a training provider to run courses at their main offices in Dorking, Salisbury, Manchester and Exeter. 

Their key criteria were:

• A high quality range of training products covering Excel, Access, Project, Word and PowerPoint, from Introduction to Advanced level.
  
• Cost effective training.
  
• Courses to be run across the UK.
  
• Easy delegate booking process and a training provider who could manage incoming training requests to ensure people were not kept waiting more than three months for a training course.
  

As part of the tender process we invited Friends Provident to sit in on one of our courses so they could see for themselves our approach and style.

The contract is now underway and we have been running a wide range of courses for Friends Provident delegates across the UK.  The flexibility of our programme of scheduled courses for individuals, our ability to travel to customer sites for groups and our mobile unit of laptop computers that can be taken to sites has proved highly successful.
