How we design the right bespoke training programme for you
Stage 1 – Bespoke Training Needs Analysis
Ideally, we like to meet with you to discuss your bespoke training requirements in some detail and to experience your
culture first hand. We will ask searching questions, challenge assumptions and make reference to the
possible bespoke training options available. Thereafter, we will supply a written proposal that details our understanding
of your bespoke training needs, the actual terms of reference - what we commit to providing against your stated signs of
success and of course our recommendations and indicative costs for achieving your business objectives.

Stage 2 – Bespoke Training Development Phase
Key to being able to make cohesive bespoke training recommendations appropriate to your specific business is to understand
your core bespoke training requirements. For example, we may 'drill down' into the cultural detail of your business culture
through research. This may take the form of meeting with selected individuals to learn about individual
challenges in a team or organisational context, giving us the detail that lies behind the presented issues.
This allows us to develop in depth rapport from the start and to develop bespoke training content that has meaning to the
participants as well as the higher-level objective. We also design and distribute content specific questionnaires
to evaluate current levels of knowledge or behavioural perceptions and then re-issue the questionnaires at the
end of any bespoke training intervention to monitor progress.
We encourage facilitated sessions with Senior Stakeholders within the business unit or function where a bespoke training
programme is to be implemented, this is to ensure that the Senior Team(s) have visibility of the bespoke training programme
and are ready for questions and challenges that may arise as a result of individual and team development.

Stage 3 – Bespoke Training Design Phase
Once we have the facts, the feedback, the objectives and the cultural requirements of your organisation
we select the best-fit bespoke training consultant(s) and begin the bespoke training design phase. We ensure that all bespoke training design is focused
on the attendee(s) and that the required bespoke training objectives are woven in to the bespoke training delivery in a variety of ways to suit
all learning styles and bespoke training needs. Our approach is interactive and focuses very much on learning through doing.
We work with you reviewing the content, the chosen interventions and methodologies and the timeframes for
production and/or review.

Stage 4 - Bespoke Training Delivery Stage
Our bespoke training research and design phases are rigorous in their implementation. For bespoke training programme delivery, the success criteria
may not be accurately determined until after the first delivery. Where appropriate, we treat bespoke training programme delivery as a
pilot with a view to honing content as needed in response to the group need and/or changing requirements of
your organisational objectives.

Stage 5 - Bespoke Training Evaluation Stage
Naturally, we have a vested interest in the success of any bespoke training delivery; we use the 'Kirkpatrick' evaluation model and
work collaboratively with you to determine how best to measure the changes and implementation back in the working
environment. Where we are working with you to deliver bespoke training programmes, we ensure continuous development and reinforcement
as part of our bespoke training design process.

Stage 6 - Bespoke Training Revisit Stage
Bespoke Training if implemented well, can evoke further needs and raise expectations of individuals and
their line management - there can be no learning without change and we work with you to manage that change where appropriate
and make recommendations for next stage of bespoke training development as required.
