Our 3 Thales Packages will make a real difference to your organisation’s performance and training budget.
Each package offers face-to-face learning, reinforced with a selection of face-to-face, telephone and online
coaching for both groups and individuals.
Face-to-Face Training
Topics
With our face to face training you can select the topics that best meet the needs of your business. These can be:
- themed e.g. ‘Leadership’, ‘Customer Service’ ‘Strategic Thinking’
- appropriate for specific management levels
- chosen from our extensive list of public scheduled programme topics or
- designed to your specific objectives.
Venues
The courses can take place at your own premises or at our training centre in Crawley or any
venue of your choice. Typical public courses range from 4 – 12 participants.
Coaching
Our packages contain several coaching options:
- Telephone Coaching
You will be entitled to one to one coaching session(s) with a
professional coach at mutually convenient time(s). Each session is typically one hour and pre-session details will
be sent out to the client in advance of the session to ensure that the time is utilised to the full.
- Face to Face Coaching
Your Face-to-face coaching within package 3 entitles you to one to one coaching session(s) with a
professional coach at a mutually convenient time. Each session is typically 90 minutes and pre-session details will
be sent out to the coachee/client in advance of the session to ensure that the time is utilised to the full. Where
coaching takes place at the coachee/client site, the price is based on meeting with 4 coachees/clients at one site
in any one day.
- On-line Coaching
Our online coaching entitles you to a package specific number of months’ access to the ‘on-line coach’. The on-line coach
contains information, models and guidance leading you to ‘coaching as a leadership style’. The site is password protected
and is specific and confidential to the client. As this will be interwoven with your one to one coaching options, this
will reinforce the value of coaching and how we move from thinking to action.
