Suitable for Technicians & Operatives who will book their time to discreet jobs on a daily basis for Customer Services or Manufacturing work. In addition information will be added to Repair Orders for Customer Services, and for Manufacturing updating serial numbers and booking time against a Job Name. Engineers who also need to move the repair / discrete job to the next step in the process. The course covers:

• Finding a Repair Order/Discrete Job
• Updating Repair Order Notes
• Booking Time against a Job Name
